Office Assistant

Ok. I have read that 2007 has done away with the Office Assistant and yet on
my home version, i still have 2 choices of office assistant. At work...not
to be found anywhere. And yes...both computers have office 2007.

It is a shamed that MS didn't weigh the "voting" when monitoring computers.
Most computers used during the day are used at work where preferences are not
always allowed.

Many of us are glad we don't have to "remove" Clippy anymore. I take it
that you are not a member of the "Kill Clippy Club"?

If you still have an Office 2003 program installed (like Front Page 2003) you will still see the Office Assistant when you open that specific program.

FYI, Microsoft did extensive testing of Office 2007 in business settings as well as with consumers.
