Office Assistants from Office 97/XP/2003 Compatibility with Office 2004

Hi,

Can office assistant files from Office for Window's be used with Office
2004?

Hi Eric,

The office assistants from Windows can not be used with Office 2004.
However, the office assistants from Office version X work just fine.

I expect that any day you will be able to download them from:
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx

Check that link every once in a while to see if they turn up.

Hi Jim,

I was afraid of that--one assistant I did like was the Einstein
character, what MS called The Genius. Oh well!

If you know anyone who has Office vs. X (Mac), you can copy those over -
they're compatible with 2004.
