Office Basic Edition 2003

Why does the EUL pop up evertime I create an e-mail in outlook, or open
Excel, or Word? I have activated my software but it continues to pop up. Is
there a fix for this?

I have never had this problem before. This didn't happen until I loaded the
software on my New CPU. My operating system is Vista. Does this make a
difference. When I was running XP this didn't happen.

Log in to Windows as Administrator, start an Office program, accept the
EULA, close the Office program, log out of Windows as Administrator, and
log back in to Windows using your normal user profile.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the Office
End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".
