Office Basic Setup up issue

Confused person

Purchased a Office Basic setup disc and trying to add the product key, but
does not take. I have tried to download home and student with the product
key, but still doesn not work. I deleted the trials to see if I can download
again, still nothing. Any answers?

I have the same problem. Purchased a key from zipzoomfly with 60 day trial of
2007 Pro but key will not work to unlock word, excell or outlook. I hope
someone knows the answer !

I have installed MS Office Basic 2007, the software works great except the
key still does not work. This is a LEGAL KEY with certificate of
authenticity. Are there different versions of Basic 2007 ??
