I have office basic installed on my laptop but need powerpoint and access can
I intall these two programs on their own and how do i do it

You can buy stand alone versions of those two applications. (At
Amazon.com that'll run you about $400 for the full retail versions.)
Then just install them. Or you could buy a full retail copy of Office
2003 Pro. That'll run you $370 at Amazon.

The benefit of doing that is that it can then be used on future computers.
The OEM cannot.
