I was trying to un install office I can not remove it ,
the message says that the package pack is missing, than
windows installer trys to load, but it wont load. any help

See if removing the Windows Installer data helps you:

290301 - Description of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility:

This won't remove the Office installation, but it will unconfuse the Windows
Installer.
