Office - Blocking unwanted e-mail

Outlook 2000 and we want to know if it's possible to give this program a list
of accepted e-mail recipients? That way we hope to guarantee no spam that

I don't think there is a way to prevent all spam. You'll just have to start
blocking senders and creating mail rules.
