Office Calendar and Tasks

I am running Windows XP SP2 using Office 2007 Professional. I have two
questions that are hopefully easy to answer by one or more people. The first
question is how do, or can I, after creating a calendar event automatically
generate a task item. I would like to be able to do this so that both
documents reflect the activity. The second question relates to getting to
online help from Office 2007. When I select online help from Outlook Help it
cannot connect. I can select Office Online from Outlook help and connect
