Hi Parker,

In order to narrow down the problem, please assist to gather the following
information:

1. Which Office application encounter this issue?
2. What is the exact error message?
3. What is the Office verions and Windows version?
4. Does this issue apply to all the files or certain files?
5. Do the files reside on the network share on the local disk?

Suggestion:

Disable Antivirus Programs. If you have installed Norton AV, the Norton
