Office clipboard should allow shortcuts

The format of shortcut keys can be e.g. Ctrl+Alt+1, Ctrl+Alt+2, ... and so
on. Also Office clipboard should work as independent program so that it
automatically starts up along with Windows. Office clipboard should be
available for all Windows program, not just MsOffice applications. (Used:
Office 2002 / Windows XP Sp2)
