Office Communicator 2007

I instaled the Communicator Server 2007 and the Communicator 2007, but they
don`t see each outher. When I try to connect the following message appear :
The server is unavailable try again laiter... To I have to start the server
same who befor I try to start the Communicator 2007 ?
