I'm using Outlook 2007. I've tried using the connector on 3 different
computers and all produce the same error. I'm unable to get through to
support, since it requires a Product ID and the Connector Product ID is not
valid. Is there any way to get help with the connector and get this error
fixed?

That error is apparently a live mail error, not Outlook. Try logging into
your acct online and verify the acct was moved to the live server and run
Help, Office Diagnostics in Outlook to see if it helps.

The live ID is a (e-mail address removed).

When I click on mail in the live.com web interface, I'm told that I don't
have a mail account.

But using Windows Live Mail, I can access the calendar for this Live ID.
