Hi,
I had Office 2007 in use and accidentally I installed the Microsoft Office
Compatibility Pack, the installation send an error at the end (something
about the installation couldn't be finished) and after that all of the office
programs installed crack when I try to open them (Word, Excel,Outlook, PP,
Visio, Groove & Project).
Outlook sends an error like this : "Outlook could not open. Cannot start
shared utilities from Microsoft Office. Restart your PC or try to reinstall
Outlook" (you may excuse the translation from spanish!!!)
All the other programs send an error about insufficient memory to start the
program, and personally I don't think thjis is a problem since my PC has 1 GB
in RAM and more than 40GBs of free disc space
I uninstalled the Compatibility Pack from the AddRemove Programs Console but
still the same. Also tried repairing the installation, uninstalling all of
the Office 2007 programs and reinstalling. None of these worked.
Please some help!!! don't know what what else to do
