Office crash

My office xp has crashed and won't let me uninstall or reinstall. I get a
dialogue box that says that the program that I open is not installed for this
user like "Outlook is not installed for this user"

Then I try to uninstall and it replys that it cannot find the correct files.
So I can't use Office XP and can't reinstall or remove it.

Any Ideas
