Office Crashes when trying to click on save in

we have a machine running XP home with office 2003, but if we are in word or
excel or any of the programs if we try clicking on arrow beside save in it
crashes the program i have tried doing office updates and install SP2 for
office 2003 but its still happening. I have disabled anti-virus and run
ad-aware programs and its made no difference we thourhg it was due to network
drives being mapped but we dismounted these and tried and no difference.

Anyone got any ideas.

down to Item No. 383 "Hewlett-Packard's Share-to-Web software - Fix (MS06-015)"
to download a registry fix.

Note: You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus program
in order to safely run the scripted fix.
