What "Office Data Backup" file? I know of no such file from Microsoft.

Thank you Milly for replying. The Office Data file is one I created when
backing up Outlook. It has the Office 2003 Logo but Properties does not show
an extension. I believe it has to be imported and may contain office
customizations or Outlook backup information, just not sure. It is 100 MB
large.

Do you mean a .pst file? Turn on viewing file extensions under your Windows
Explorer->Tools->Folder Options.
