Office Diagnostics reveals problem: Primary Interop

When opening Outlook 2007 with BCM BTR, I get this message: "There are
problems accessing the Forms Manager of MS Exchange/Outlook. Please check for
your Exchange installation."

Also, my Outlook information will not sync to my WM5 PDA using ActiveSync
4.5 Beta.

Could these be related?

I ran Office Diagnostics from the Outlook Help menu. All was OK until it
reached Package 15 of 15 in the Setup section. A message box appeared with
the heading "2007 Microsoft Office System Primary Interop Assemb..." and the
message:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is
unavailable.

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the
installation package 'piaredist.msi' in the box below."

I did a full search of my hard drive and have no file of that name.

How can I resolve this?

Thank you.

Did you upgrade all of your Beta 2 applications to B2TR, including BCM?
If not, you can find links on my website.
Have you already tried reinstalling ActiveSync? Most ActiveSync issues
with Outlook get resolved with a simple reinstall. Note though that I
haven't heard of anyone using 4.5 Beta before with Outlook 2007. That
alone could be the problem.

Thank you for replying. I have upgraded all apps to B2TR. I was running
Activesync 4.2 and did re-install it after installing BCM B2TR. At a
suggestion from another user last night I installed the ActiveSync 4.5 beta
but it made no difference. I believe that the root of the problem may be this
missing primary interop assembly that is preventing Outlook from running
properly. I also have noticed that Excel and Word 2007 cannot open the
Office 97 files on my computer.
