Office Disk Need when opening programs

I need to know why I need my office disk every time I open Word. It
immediately shows then windows install window, and says that some components
need to be installed. When I first installed Office XP Professional, I
installed it completely. What can I do about this?

Re-install or fix Office. Also, make sure that you are selecting "Run from
Disk" instead of 'Run From CD.."
