Office Doccument Imaging

Hi
My OS is Vista Business. I’ve got Student & Teacher 2003 installed.In
Microsoft Office Doccument Imaging I'm unable to scan a document.The messeage
I get is " Auto Feeder is jammed" When I go into choosing a scanner the box
Use automatic feeder is greyed out.Also the OCR isn't working either.Can you
help me please.

Suggest you:
Check with your scanner manufacturer to verify that you have the latest
version of the drivers for your scanner.
Uninstall your scanner drivers.
Reinstall your scanner drivers or newer drivers if available.
