Office Docs take too long to open after Win2k SP4

Yesterday I appled SP4 to both our Windows 2000 Servers.
One is a domain controller the other is a terminal server.
Today when my users try to open word documents and excel
files, it takes an unusually long time. Why is this
happening and how do I fix it?

Any chance it's related to Norton AntiVirus and not Win2k or Office? NAV
seems to be having issues today...

describes how to disable the Office plug-in (which you should do anyway,
as far as I'm concerned). It's a PPT kb article, but the instructions
for disabling the plug-in are good.
