Office Document Imaging - TIFF Images Truncated

I have a few users who are trying to view TIFF images using Microsoft Office
Document Imaging and the image is being truncated (only showing 1/3 or less
of the image). It works fine on some PCs and cuts off on others. I have
tried increasing RAM, choosing the Lossless Compression option to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated!

Windows xp
Office 2k3 Pro
P4 3Ghz+ 512MB+ on all users with the issue
