Office doesn't accept my Product Key

I'm a Microsoft reseller and I subscribe to the Action
Pack. I'm trying to install Office XP Pro but it doesn't
seem to like the product key. I double-checked and it was
entered exactly as typed. I tried one of the other
product keys that came with it and they don't work either.

Any suggestions?
