Office doesnt want to activate

One of our workstations already has Office installed and activated. However
everytime we start any of the office applications it prompts to
accept/decline the Icense Agreement. We accept everytime but the window
always comes up everytime we start any of the office apps.

The EULA needs to be accepted by the Administrator.
