Excellent Pursuit

Office routinely stops working several times a day.
Ususally, the document I am working on is recovered, but on several
occasions, I have lost the entire document.
Is Microsoft working on a fix?

Excellent Pursuit

It mostly occurs when more than one document is open, an in particular
when internet explorer is running and files are being downloaded or uploaded.

However, just simply while typing one word document, the box can pop up -
Microsoft Word has stopped working.....then, Microsoft word is trying to
recover your information this could take several minutes.....then Microsoft
is looking for a solution the problem, then close progarm?

Then, when you close the program and try to reopen office, it goes to the
recovery page, but will not recover the document. It will close on its own,
saying word has stopped working, close program.

I am running vista, and am connected to allow microsoft to get information
from my machine about usage.

Did you get this Enterprise version of Office 2007 from the Home Program through your Company ???

You might try running Diagnostics. Office Button | Word Options | Resources
| Run MS Office Diagnostics. Sometimes that will fix things up.

| Run MS Office Diagnostics. Sometimes that will fix things up.
