Office EULA keeps reappearing in VISTA

Hi

Everytime I open any Office 2003 element - word / excel or whatever, I keep
getting asked to accept the EULA. It is driving me mental. How do I get it to
accept that I've got a fully legal version and that I've accepted the EULA?

All help received with deep gratitude.

Bob I

Disable User Access Control in Vista and then accept the EULA. Then
re-enable UAC.
