I do not have any technical knowledge about computers, and on Saturday,
something went wrong, I think it was a 'crash' I was short of memory, and I
was continually told by 'pop-ups'to delete some files and I kept deleting and
had no idea what I was doing, this went on all Saturday & Sunday and today,
and in the end I no longer have my Microsoft Office 2003 files, and no discs
to reinstall them, is there some way I can retrieve them, or have them
downloaded new, even if I have to lose all my information, I really need
the 'Word" as I have to do correspondence, and need adresses stored there.
What do I do? Can you help me?
