Office files need to have "followup by" dates that will generate Outlook
tasks when due. Let's say you need to update an Excel spreadsheet 60 days
from now. You could enter this as an Outlook task conventionally. But it
would be much more convenient to simply open a calendar while in Excel,
possibly from the "Tools" tab, and simply click the desired date for a task
to be issued.
