Hello,
I am the computer technician for a school district; over the past few years,
we have purchased several dozen Macintosh computers that are Boot Camp
capable, and are configured as Boot Camp machines. Generally, the teachers
prefer to boot to the Windows side, since we have licensing in place for MS
Office. The teachers use Word, Powerpoint, and, on occasion, a few of the
other applications.

The problem that has been brought to my attention, is that when a user
begins typing a Powerpoint presentation or Word Document, they select a
particular font color. As they continue typing, the fonts change color, on
their own. It seems as though when they print, the fonts print as desired;
however, these teachers often use these applications to show presentations
through a projector; the font colors have specific purposes, and they do not
properly present.

Has anyone heard of this, or had to deal with it? The computers in general
seem to be iMacs, of course everything works ok on the Mac side...

Please do respond, if you can help me with this. Thank you,

Ken the Technician
