Office for Mac x Upgrade

Hi, I purchased MS Office x and want to do my mail-in upgrade. They
seem to require a Certfificate of Authenticity (COA) from the original
box. I no longer have that. Does anyone have an alternative option
that I can take?

I'd suggest you call Product Support Services to see if there's an
