I have recently purchased Microsoft Office 2003 Student and Teacher edition.
When in the assistnce pannel, I search a querry, but it displays the
following message:

'This page canot be displayed'. (The same page that appears in the internet
explorer when a problem occurs. I have checked that my internet connection is
the defualt one, but still it will not work.

What should should I do? Please write a response with any information that
you may have to help me make Office Help locate the internet on my computer.
(The problem occurs accross all the programs; Microsoft word, Microsoft
Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Outlook.)

You need to already be connected to your Internet service provider for this
to work. It does not connect for you. You don't say what kind of Internet
connection you have. The Online Help assumes an "always on" broadband
connection." If that's what you have, you don't have your Internet connection
settings correct. Check with your ISP. You can ask Help to just search the
Help file in your Office installation when you're offline.
