Office help is worse than Google. give it Google's common sense

In 6 different problems Office help has failed to suggest a solution. Google
has found the answer immediately.

I'd love to see Office Help and microsoft.com powered by Google too
but Google is 'owned' just like Office Help and microsoft.com is
'owned' and the both have their own search engines.

So by suggesting Microsoft use Google's 'common sense' is like saying
you would like to see BMW use a Wankel (rotary) engine.
