When using the Help topics in any of the Office 2000 Professional
applications (Excel, Word, etc.) I have the following problems: 1) the
"Additional Resources" at the bottom of the page is missing, and 2) when
clicking on any thumbnail graphic to display "this topic" always results in a
script error. I have tried a number of fixes found here for "application
will not open" and none have worked including dumping all clipboards and
re-install. Interestingly, when I went to clear out my windows TEMP file, I
have a file that will not let me delete it "WebPoolFileFile". I would
appreciate your help.
