office home and student 2007 want to reinstall everytime I open it

Hello All,

I recently installed this from my CD disks. Everytime I open either excell
of word, the program tries to reinstall it self. If I open one note or power
point no problem. I have all ready tried excell and word option, resources,
diagnostics and it did not find any probelms.

Ant help would be apprecaited
