office home student 2007 64-bit

I just purchased the Office Home & Student 2007 Win32 suite from Staples, and
have a PC with Vista 64-bit. Is there a 64 bit version of the Home/Student
suite that I should exchange this for, or is the Win 32 version compatible?

There is no 64 bit version of any version of Office available. The only
known compatibility problem is that One Note printer driver is not available
in Vista 64 bit operating system.
