This is as clear as mud. The red 'x's'. I want to uninstall the whole of
this application. Please explain in plain English how I do so. Thanks.

You uninstall it within the "Add/Remove Programs" feature in your Control
Panel.

Thanks. When I click on Change, I am presented with a menu of applications,
each of which breaks down into boxes in respect of their various components.
The Help says if you do not want to install any of these, click on the red
'x'. I already have them installed. I want to remove them. 'Remove' is a
word that is not mentioned. I am guessing that 'not want to install' means
'remove'. Is that correct - do I click on red 'x's' to remove? If so, how
many do I click on One Note to remove it completely? Do I click on the red
'X's' in all of the boxes, or just the first box. It seems a very odd way
to remove anything. Scarcely intuitive. I don't want to make any mistakes.
