Office install issue

I am running Windows 7 and I just reformated my hard drive and went to reinstall Office 2013 from the CD and I a message saying that it can not find the A3561495,cab file. I do not know how to get back this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

I would like to know whether you get this message during copying phase or installation phase? Please check and ensure that there is no physical damage on the disk. You can try and clean the disk with a clean piece of soft cloth and re-try installation. If the issue persists, you can copy the contents of the disk to the local HDD and run the set up file. That should get you through the installation process. All the best.
