If your Office XP version included applications
that are not in the Office 2003 edition then
the MS Installer will not remove the apps it
does not have a replacement for unless you chose
the 'custom installation' choice and checked the
box to remove the additional apps.

I just chose the option to upgrade and the program works
great but the older xp version is still there. I thought
the upgrade was supposed to delete the old version?
