office installation disables other users favorites list in ie

After installation of the ms office 2003 I was unable to load the favorites list in ie when logged on in a non administrative identity

Apparently ms is aware of this issue but as yet has no fix

Does or has any one else experienced this isuue

After reinstalling the software through a system restore turn back the problem seems to have been resolved for now

As it came on by itself I am hesitant and expective that it may repeat
