Office Installation Pop-up Opening email

Hi,

We have experienced some strange behaviour in Outlook
mail. One user with Office 2003 receives my email also
with Office 2003, when opening the email a pop-up Office
2000 installation screen and showing progress bar until
it asks for CD.

Anybody happen to see this. Please share how I can fix
this problem.
