I have just finished installing XP Professional. Am now
trying to install Office 2003, but this hangs with the
message "preparing to install" after product key, licence
stages passed - i.e. it starts installing ok but then
freezes. After about 30 minutes the error message comes
up that setup is no longer responding. Is this a known
problem?
