Office is downloading the same 32 emails again, why? How stop?

I already downloaded 32 emails this morning and now when I have reconnected
it has started downloading the smae all over again! It takes so long to
download and I don't want to go through them all again... how do I stop this
and why is it happening?

Hello

Maybe you have the option "leave copy on sever" selected. Aside from this you are posting in the Office newsgroup that deals with Outlook not with Outlook Express. You should post this to the appropriate newsgroup that deals with your email client.

After furious head scratching, evasi asked:
