Office is not going to install

when i insert my office cd into my dvd rom i faced the error written belo

setup.exe - Illegal System DLL Relocation
This sytem DLL user32.dll was reloacated in memory. this application will
not run properly. the relocation occurred because the DLL
C:\WINDOWS\System32\SHELL32.DLL occupied ban address range reserved for
Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a
new DLL

please solve my problem

Sorry, that's the first thing that popped up on the KB.

Search around the Microsoft Knowlege Base and see if there's something else
there that mentions that error.

Run the system file checker,
Then run an online AV scan
The problem may possibly be caused by a corrupt dll / virus
