Office keeps trying to install

Whenever users open Word or anyother Office2007 product, Office starts to
re-install. If they cancel or x out, the program opens and runs fine.
How can this be stopped?

Hi - I am a different poster, but I have the same issue with 2007.
But when I go to the Microsoft site, as you recommend, it says 'we
suggest you do not use this with office 2007 products' - I do not
want to crash my 2007. I have the 1007 disk, but I do not think I
have the darn codes anymore if I have to reload it.

Run Belarc Advisor to retrieve the product key on that system. Write it
down - don't lose it.
