Is it possible to change the language of the menus in an
Office Suite, let's say from Spanish to English?

Technically yes, but practically no for most retail end-users. The Office
Multilanguage User Interface (MUI)Pack requires an initial English
installation with a Spanish or other MUI pack installed on top of it. It is
also only available to corporate customers. See
