Office Live AddIn ToolBar

The Office Live AddIn ToolBar appears every time I open Excel even though I
uncheck it each time. Ho do I make it go away? Win Vista

Office Live is not even listed in Add-Ins
I cancelled any reference to Office Live in the Automation dialogue box but
nothing happens

If you don't want to use it then see if it's listed in Add/Remove programs
and uninstall it.
