Office Live - Insert Excel File

I do not see a path to pull a file in. I have an MS Office Live page and
want to post an Excel fiile. What do I do?

In your Workspace, click Documents, then click Add Documents (on the upper
taskbar). Select your file from there.

Thanks D, But I am attepting to insert a document in an Office Live web page
I am designing. It only allows me to insert aan image, module, table or
hyperlink. I do not see documents as an option in web page design mode.
Please help.
