Move the Microsoft User Data folder to the desktop. Re-install Office 2008
from DVD. Run the 12.1.0 SP1 upgrade (SP1 is not needed with newer DVDs)
then the 12.1.9 upgrade. Move contents in the old folder back to the new
Microsoft User Data folder.
