Security Update for Excel 2003 (KB905756)

***Error Number 1646

This won't install despite optimal conditions for install (temp files and
temp int files deleted)/Source Engine Service on. As often MSFT Office
teams that own this provide horrible information as to why. This is a
critical update and I'd appreciate any help getting it installed.
