Office Methods

I have had the following question from our development guys (we build
e-learning software) and was wondering if someone could point me to the place
where I could find the answer.

Many Thanks
Matt

The question was:

We build an awful lot of products based on the Microsoft Office suite and
we're trying to ascertain, within each application, how many commands and
methods are supported. For example, we'd like to find out how many ways you
can 'cut & paste' in Excel or how many ways you can 'save' a document in
Word. If possible, could we get hold of such a listing from them?

I doubt that you'd find someone at Microsoft to respond (especially here).
Why not talk to several coworkers and ask them how they do it? Even though
my husband was the one who helped me learn how to use a computer (way back
when we first met), I don't work entirely like him. I've noticed that men in
general use the keyboard less than women do. I suspect that's because a
mouse feels like the TV's remote control and we all know that men have this
"thing" for the remote. ;-)

This is a pretty vague question. I don't know if they are referring to
the object model and the number of Copy methods or all of the
available ways you can Copy something, such as right-click, Edit/Copy,
Ctrl + C, etc.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
