I have a valid purchased Office 2003 Pro.

Living in a bi-lingual household I'd really like to add
the multilingual feature to add Spanish. I need the same
for Windows XP Pro.

However, I can not order these and Microsoft say I can't
even buy them without a VLA. I can't believe that they
won't address that there a bilingual households in the US
and I've been back and forth with them on this.

Does anyone know a source?
